Breath | Movement | Earth

Breath is connection.

Pranayama helps us to develop a deeper connection between our body and our mind. It promotes relaxation and mindfulness and supports somatic and emotional health.

Movement is life.

Yoga allows us to explore the different layers of our body –

the physical, the mental and the spiritual. A therapeutical approach offers healing ways of practicing yoga and understanding the needs of the body.

Earth is grounding.

The contact with clay is a direct connection to nature, it offers a grounding approach to ourselfs and our surrounding. It stimulates our haptic sensations, our potential to focus and teaches us the detachment from expectations.
